The Barra Quadra is a flat awning model with folding arms under the fabric, with springs inside them, and are made to a maximum length of 350 cm.
The width of this model can be large (up to 16 m) because the arms are not on the sides and there can be more of them, distributed on a metal, galvanized, plastic coated square barrel, 40×40 mm in diameter, placed below the circular barrel onto which the fabric is wound.
Manual extending and retracting of the awning is done via a snail cam, the so-called gear unit and crank (applies to all flat awnings).
