The 42 mm double roll mechanism consists of a larger circular aluminium barrel onto which the selected fabric is wound, and an elliptical aluminium profile containing another small circular profile over which the double material is folded. The small circular profile in the bottom profile allows the movement of the selected fabric, creating the effect of transparent or non-transparent material.
The brackets are made of high-quality PVC materials. They are offered in white or transparent. They must be connected by an aluminium spacer with so-called toggle mounts which facilitate mounting.
In the standard variant, the blinds are raised and lowered using a chain on the left or right side of the mechanism, but they can be operated using the Somfy motorization from our offer.
The drive mechanism, chain and bottom caps are available in: white, beige, brown, grey and black, allowing plastic coating of the bottom aluminium profile in the desired colour and fitting into any interior.
An aluminium mask is also available as an option. 100 x 25 mm.
The materials are grouped into two collections: Zakynthos and Rhodes. They are made of polyester.
Maximum bearing capacity of the double roll 42 mm mechanism is 4.00 kg.
Maximum width at which it is made is 220 cm, and the height depends on the weight of the selected material.
